Oenotourism

Mas Théo is located in the heart of old stone quarries, a unique and remarkable site: les Caves Cathédrales.

This exceptional cavern, named “the quarry of bois redon” was converted in 1984 with 86,000 sq ft inside the mountain of St Restitut. The temperature is almost constant, and is naturally regulated between 53 and 57 °F, summer and winter, ideal for the wines conservation. Acquired in 2011 by Laurent Clapier, the Caves Cathédrales have become a small hive in the mountain, with a tasting area accompanied by an oenotourism tour, a winemaking cellar, a packaging and storage area, as well as a part made available for young winemakers.
